Order and Shipping policy
1.How do I check the status of my order?
There are three ways to track your order.
1) Go to "User Center" ，click on "My Order" to find out tracking number and delivery information .
2) Login to your T-Creation Account to view your status.
3) Contact Customer Service.

2.How do I change items in my order?
You cannot change the items in your order. If you have already paid, please send an email to t.creation.demi@gmail.com to cancel the order for a refund. You can then place a new order.
3.How do I cancel my order?
Sign into your T-motor account and click "My Orders". Click the "refund order" button .
You cannot cancel orders online once items have been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team online by sending an email to t.creation.demi@gmail.com
4.When will I receive my refund or coupon credit after cancelling my order?
If the order has been paid for: You will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit about 3 working days after contacting our Customer Service team at t.creation.demi@gmail.com and receiving confirmation.
If the order has not been paid for: You will receive the refunded coupon and/or credit immediately after contacting our Customer Service team at t.creation.demi@gmail.com and receiving confirmation.
5.Warehouse processing time: 1-2 days;Shipping time: 5-15 days
6.Please note if you have any special needs when placing an order.
7.For orders over USD 150, we use DHL by default to declare to the customs truthfully

Expedited Shipping: 2-4working days（Thailand，South Korea，Japan）
DHL: 3-7 days ，Under normal circumstances, it takes 3 days to reach Europe and North America, and 5 days to reach Asian countries.
Standard Shipping (Registered Mail): 6-15 working days

Track Package
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number (you need to register T-Creatoin website when placing the order). You can enter the tracking number to check your package shipment
