Please allow up to 5 business days for your Product Return (RMA) to be received, tested, processed and completed.
Return Policy and Guidelines
New and Unused Product
T-Creation offers a (30) day return policy on all new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (30) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a (10%) restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by MEPSKING (It is recommended to choose a method with tracking).

RETURN NOTICE
If the return is caused by customers, you are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred when sending the unwanted product(s) for a return to China. (It is recommended to choose a method with tracking), in addition, you also need to bear the freight from T-Creation to the customer's address.
If the return is caused by T-Creation (product received are damaged or not correct),T-Creation will refund you for the economy shipping once the item is received

RETURN & REFUND INSTRUCTIONS
If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

We will review your return and refund application within 2 working days and contact you.
The refund will be completed within 3-4 days after we receive the package

Tax Responsibility
All international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be paid by the buyer.
Standard Declaration Policy
We declare all orders based on their actual transaction value to comply with customs regulations in each country.
Risks of Special Declaration Requests
If the buyer requests declaration modifications (e.g., under-declaration, marking as a gift, etc.) when placing the order, this may result in customs clearance failure, additional taxes, penalties, or return of the package.
⚠ All associated risks and losses are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs Clearance Cooperation
The buyer must respond promptly to customs requests and provide necessary documentation (e.g., ID, payment screenshots).
T-Creation is not responsible for losses caused by the buyer’s failure to cooperate with customs in time.
